Store Policy 

All Sales Final 

  • All merchandise is carefully inspected to ensure all parts are complete prior to shipping.

  • Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. Once an order is placed with Heroes Club and all of the billing and shipping information has been accepted by the system, the order is immediately conveyed to the merchant for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to adjust or cancel an order after it has been submitted.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if they are made within 7 business days from the date of receipt. All seals must be intact, and returned items must be in their original condition and original packing with all attachments. Open seal packing such as the box wrapping or tape seal “WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED” for a refund/exchange.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned and canceled items.

  • We ship to the credit card holder’s billing address only. The cardholder’s name must be the same as shown on the invoice.

  • For domestic orders, we normally ship via FedEx & and USPS. Additional shipping fees may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, etc. by air cargo service. For over-size items, handling and shipping costs vary based on weight and dimension. We will quote the actual costs via e-mail upon receipt of the purchase order.

  • For international orders, we ship by USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) with tracking or Insured Mail by United States Postal Service (USPS). Over-size orders are shipped by Fed Ex Air Cargo. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items for international orders.

Installment Payment Plan:

  • A non-refundable deposit (NRD) of 25% is required.

  • Payment terms range from 3 to 12 months.

  • Funds will be charged on your specified payment date or up to five business days afterward.

  • To avoid any overdrafts or declines of your account, ensure that the necessary funds are available by the payment dates of your schedule.

  • Heroes Club will not be responsible for any overdraft or over-limit fees assessed to the client’s account as a direct result of processing your pre-approved installment payment.

  • Please note that excessive card declines at the time of processing may cause ineligibility for future installment payment services or may result in account closure and previous payment will be forfeited.

  • A late fee of $50 will be charged if payment declines after 5 business days from the scheduled date.

  • In case of termination of installment payment service, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

  • Free shipping is not eligible for the installment payment plan.
